Warehouse Discount Center - Damaged product
I ordered a hood vent from Warehouse Discount Center.The product arrived via FedEx shipping in a reasonable time.
The box did not seem to be damaged in shipping. After opening the box I found that the hood had a bent corner on it. It did not seem possible to have that kind of damage from the condition of the box. Warehouse discount center will not take any responsibility for their product.
They state that because we signed for the product upon delivery, that the condition is not their responsibility. They say to take the issue up with FedEx.
The hood vent is useless.I am out the money and Warehouse Discount center walks away from the entire situation.
Monetary Loss: $300.
